The first piece of free DCL for Resident Evil
Recently, Capcom announced that the acclaimed Separate Ways campaign from Resident Evil 4, which stars Ada Wong, will be included in the already outstanding Resident Evil 4 remake. We’re thrilled to give you a thorough preview of what’s coming up today.
It is clear from seeing the most recent gameplay footage that Ada plays quite similarly to Leon. With opportunities for R2 knife attacks to silence downed opponents and covert knife takedowns for unwary ganados, the new parry mechanic’s debut is highly evident. Ada’s distinguishing trait, though, is her distinctive grapple gun, which she uses to engage far-off opponents and enter unexplored territory. The excitement level is increased by starting melee attacks with the grapple gun. Notably, it’s important to point out that Ada may effortlessly use a melee attack on adjacent foes after landing after grappling to a faraway place.
What may have been a return to well-known locations is given a much-needed dose of originality by the inclusion of the grapple gun. It’s exciting to watch Ada move across terrain that Leon once traveled, like the perimeter of a settlement and the ramparts of a castle. It seems as efficient to keep a safe distance from enemies by quickly moving between towers and eliminating them from a distance as it is to use the grapple cannon for close-quarters combat tactics. Ada may carry out each maneuver with unmistakable style because to this adaptable tool’s dual use in fighting and for traversal.
If Leon is the internet’s favorite character, Ada undoubtedly fills the role of a strong heroine.
