This product showed so much attention to detail. Mine did come partially damaged and with a factory default on one of the herb canisters but everything was still amazing. I do what the herbs were in a sealed/resealable bag inside the canisters.

So glad I decided to purchase this box! It's beautifully made, very study, and everything in it was clearly designed with care and love. These is a RE product designed by RE people and it shows. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but the powders are all high quality and the drinks are undoubtedly delicious. My box had a small mix-up with one of the ink ribbons but customer service easily and kindly rectified that. I can't wait to see what collab comes next because this has definitely turned me into a repeat customer!

Everything looked great but if you don’t like cucumber flavor soda….although I haven’t used the other “flavors” yet, I am excited once I do though.

Was cool, some of the cans came exploded, I voiced this online and tweeted at the company but got no response and most of the stuff went bad because of then exploding inside the box, was disappointed due to that and being a huge fan of resident evil, will not be purchasing from them again, I didn't get a refund or anything even though I showed video and photos of it being moldy and exploded.

This was disappointing. The tea was very low quality. The sodas were ok. The collector box was just cheap cardboard. The spray top attachment didn’t even work properly. This was just a cash grab.

I thought it would come with a cool can attachment as well, but it's just the cap with regular soda cans lol.
Everything in the box is what you'll find in the games, and I almost don't want try any of it... almost.
Had original issues with the first one sent they were helpful in fixing the problems. They were communicative and provided a replacement. Definately great people to buy from they care about quality and the consumer experience. Would highly recommend purchasing from them.

I bought this Box on Horror Con because I love Resident Evil and I love it. It's cool that you can even use one of the cans and typewriter tins for decor, plus the lemonade and "herbs" taste really good. I also love the idea of being able to mix cocktails with them, so even if it was a bit expensive I absolutely love this box, it's high quality and a really cool concept.
I ordered this because I love resident evil so if you love resident evil like really love it then buy this I love it. I got two of the yellow herbs but the company is helping me fix this meaning they have some great customer service. So I would highly recommend very premium.
I really enjoyed this product, I will say that mine was damaged by the shipping company. I received a busted can w/ mold on the can and in the box and im aware that had nothing to do with the maker of the package. Lastly though I am a huge RE fan and was super excited to get this! Love the design and packaging!
